Work with RentEyes as an independent local Hunter.
People looking for a home often can't be there in person. As a House Hunter, you provide the local presence they need — from searching and applications to physical apartment viewings.

RentEyes brings you qualified customers looking for housing in your city.
Speak with the customer, understand their requirements and help them navigate the local market.
Search for suitable properties, communicate with landlords or agents, assist with applications and attend physical viewings.
Complete the agreed service and receive your Hunter compensation from RentEyes.
The role is built on local presence and practical support. You are the person on the ground: you know the city, you can walk into an apartment, and you can tell someone honestly what they are looking at.
The customer can't always be there. You can.
Sometimes a customer has already found the right apartment but cannot attend the viewing themselves. A House Hunter can attend locally, represent the customer's interests during the viewing in a practical support capacity, take photos or video where permitted, ask questions and provide a local assessment afterwards.
Note: some landlords or agents may require the customer to attend personally or may require written authorisation or a power of attorney.
You know your city and understand its neighbourhoods, transport and practical differences.
If you commit to a viewing or task, you show up and follow through.
You don't wait for someone to tell you what to do. You identify opportunities and keep the customer informed.
You communicate clearly and professionally with customers, landlords and agents.
You give customers your real assessment instead of simply telling them what they want to hear.
You keep track of properties, applications, viewings and follow-ups.
English is a plus, not a requirement — unless a specific city calls for it.
When in doubt, ask RentEyes before taking an action that could have legal or financial consequences.
Customers purchase their service from RentEyes. RentEyes collects the customer payment and pays the independent House Hunter according to the agreed compensation structure.
85%
of net service revenue goes to the House Hunter.
15%
remains with RentEyes.
Net service revenue means the service amount excluding applicable VAT, refunds, chargebacks and other amounts that do not constitute service revenue.
This is an example of the current Munich compensation model, not a guaranteed or fixed earning amount. House Hunters do not receive a salary.
House Hunters work as independent contractors, not employees of RentEyes. You manage your own availability and your own independent business, and you are responsible for your own taxes, social contributions, insurance, registrations and any licences or permissions that apply to your activities.
